By uploading images to create an avatar, model, or likeness-based content, you confirm and agree that:

1.     You are at least 18 years old and legally able to provide this consent.

2.     You are the person depicted in the uploaded images, or if your uploaded images include any person other than you, you represent and warrant that you have that person’s explicit consent and release for us to use their likeness to create and deliver the requested outputs, and that you have not misrepresented your identity or authority.

3.     You own the images or have all necessary rights to upload and use them for this purpose.

4.     You consent to Creator Studio processing, modifying, and analysing the uploaded images to create AI generated content and models for your use.

5.     You understand that all resulting content is computer generated, fictional in nature, and does not represent real events or performances.

6.     You grant Creator Studio a limited licence to use your uploaded images to deliver the requested service, provide support and revisions, perform quality control and policy enforcement, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. You acknowledge we may share your uploads with trusted contractors and service providers who assist with fulfilment, under confidentiality and security obligations.

7.     You understand that avatar and custom model services are digital services and, once processing has begun or delivery is made, are not refundable except as required by law.

8.     Your uploaded images will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.

9.     The uploaded images do not depict any person under 18 years of age in any way, and you will not request any content involving minors.

10.  You will not upload government identification documents or highly sensitive personal information within images.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe you do not have the required rights or permissions, if the images appear to involve a minor, or if the request otherwise breaches our policies or applicable law.

By proceeding, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you agree to these terms, the Terms of Service, and all policies in the Legal Centre.

7.     You understand that avatar and custom model services are digital services and, once processing has begun or delivery is made, are not refundable except as required by law.

8.     Your uploaded images will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.
