By uploading product images, packaging, logos, brand names, or other product materials for content creation, you confirm and agree that:
You have all rights and permissions needed to upload and use the materials for this purpose, including any copyright and trademark permissions required.
The materials do not contain personal information about minors and do not depict any person under 18 years of age in any way.
You authorise Creator Studio to process, edit, adapt, and incorporate the materials into photorealistic promotional style digital outputs for your use.
You understand the outputs are generated content and may include stylised elements. You are responsible for ensuring your intended use of the outputs complies with advertising rules, consumer laws, and the rules of any platform where you publish them.
You grant Creator Studio a limited licence to use your uploaded materials to deliver the requested service, provide support and revisions, perform quality control and policy enforcement, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
If we reasonably believe you lack the required rights or permissions, or the request breaches our policies or applicable law, we may refuse or cancel the order.
Product integration services are personalised digital services and, once processing has begun or delivery is made, are not refundable except as required by law.
Your uploads will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.
9. Unless we expressly agree in writing, our creation of outputs featuring your submitted product materials does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by any third party brand.
