Compliance and Content Legality Statement

Mature or restricted areas of Creator Studio are intended for adults only. Access to the in app DIY generator and any other areas we designate as age restricted is limited to verified adults through our age verification process. Our website also offers Done For You services delivered digitally via email or your portal. For Done For You orders you must be 18 years or older and you confirm this at checkout. We may refuse, cancel, or request additional information for an order if we reasonably suspect a request involves a minor or otherwise breaches our policies or applicable law. All AI generated content uses fictional characters by default. We do not permit depiction of any real individual’s likeness unless it is done with that person’s explicit consent via our approved process, such as a user uploading their own images to create a personal avatar.

Creator Studio is committed to maintaining legal, safe, and compliant practices in the creation and use of AI-generated content (including content accessible only to verified adults). To uphold these standards, we enforce the following rules and safeguards:

·       AI-Only, No Real People: All content on Creator Studio is generated using our proprietary AI models. We do not allow any real individual’s image or likeness on the platform except through an explicitly authorised feature with that person’s consent (e.g. a user may upload their own photo to create a personal avatar model). Outside of such approved scenarios, no real person’s images or likenesses are used anywhere on the platform.

  • Fictional by Default and Adults Only: Characters are fictional by default and portrayed as adults (18 years or older). Where content is generated using a user supplied likeness through our approved avatar or likeness process, the person depicted must be an adult and the user must have explicit consent to use that likeness.

  • No Minors: Users are strictly prohibited from creating or distributing any content involving minors (persons under 18). Even fictional depictions of minors are forbidden, in line with laws that criminalize even “virtual” child imagery.

  • No Illegal or Non-consensual Material: Any content that involves illegal acts or non-consensual themes (e.g. sexual violence, bestiality, exploitation) is strictly prohibited. Users may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to produce any content that would violate Applicable Law.

  • Adult-Only Access: Access to mature or restricted areas is limited to adults. Age verification is required before a user can access age restricted features such as the DIY Generator and any other areas we designate. Done For You orders placed through our website require the customer to confirm they are 18 years or older at checkout.

  • Record-Keeping and Moderation: Creator Studio maintains internal age-verification records (to confirm all Users are adults), content metadata, and moderation logs. These records are kept in accordance with international platform compliance standards and best practices. We use both automated and manual moderation to enforce content rules.

  • Fictional Content Disclaimer:  All content on Creator Studio is computer generated and synthetic. Outputs are fictional by default. Where a user uses an approved avatar or likeness feature with explicit consent, Outputs may resemble the consenting adult whose images were provided, but the Output remains computer generated content and not a recording of real events. You must not use the Service to depict, impersonate, or create non consensual content involving any identifiable real person.

Age and Recordkeeping Compliance Statement

Creator Studio does not feature real performers or real-life media. However, we voluntarily adhere to rigorous age verification and record keeping principles similar to those found in U.S. law (specifically 18 U.S.C. § 2257) which mandates verification of performer ages. In practice, we apply age verification to access age restricted features and keep appropriate internal compliance and moderation records. We certify the following:

All persons depicted in visual or video representations on this site are portrayed as 18 years or older. Characters are fictional by default. Where content is generated using a user supplied likeness through our approved avatar or likeness process, the person depicted must be an adult and the user must have explicit consent to use that likeness. Age compliance records and moderation procedures are maintained internally by The Creator Alliance Pty Ltd.

DMCA Takedown Notices (Copyright Infringement Reports)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the notice-and-takedown requirements of the DMCA and analogous laws. If you believe that content on Creator Studio infringes your copyright, you (as the rights holder or authorised agent) may submit a Takedown Notice to request removal of the material. To be effective, your notice must include the following information (in accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

  • Your Contact Information: Your full legal name (and company name, if applicable), your mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.

  • Identification of the Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. For example, the title of the work, a brief description, or a registration number if applicable.

  • Identification of Infringing Material: The exact URL(s) on our Service or the unique content ID(s) for the material you claim is infringing, or information sufficient for us to locate the material. (Please be as specific as possible about the content to be removed.)

  • Good Faith Statement: A statement, under law, that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. For example: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

  • Accuracy and Authority Statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf. For example: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.”

  • Signature: Your electronic or physical signature. (Typing your full legal name at the end of your notice is acceptable as an electronic signature.)

Please send your completed DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Agent at admin@creatoralliancegroup.comwith the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice” (or mail it to the postal address listed above). Once we receive a valid notice containing all of the required information, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also make a good-faith effort to notify the User who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled due to a copyright claim (so that the User has the opportunity to respond if they believe this is in error).

Counter Notices (Content Restoration Requests)

If you are a Creator Studio User and you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you have the right to send us a Counter Notification (as outlined in the DMCA). A Counter Notice is a request to restore the content that was taken down. To be effective, your counter notice should include:

  • Your Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • Identification of Removed Material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled, including the content ID or exact URL where it appeared before removal.

  • Mistake/Misidentification Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of error or mistaken identity of the content to be removed.

  • Jurisdiction Consent Statement: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts. If you reside in the United States, consent to the appropriate Federal District Court for your address; if you reside outside the U.S., consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (our principal location). You must also agree to accept service of legal process from the original complaining party (the party who sent the Takedown Notice).

  • Signature: Your physical or electronic signature (for example, typing your name at the end of the email).

Counter Notices should be sent to the same Designated Agent email (admin@creatoralliancegroup.com) with the subject line “DMCA Counter Notice.” When we receive a valid counter notice, we will forward it to the original complainant (the party who requested the takedown). Unless the complainant notifies us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may proceed to restore the removed content after that period. (In other words, if the original copyright owner does not take legal action within that time frame, we will reinstate the content). We will inform you if and when the content is reinstated.

Repeat Infringers: Creator Studio takes copyright compliance seriously. Accounts of Users who are found to be repeat infringers, meaning subject to multiple valid copyright notices, may be terminated in appropriate circumstances. This policy is intended to support applicable safe harbour style regimes including the DMCA and similar notice and takedown frameworks in other jurisdictions.

General Compliance and Contact

  • Global Applicability: This Policy and the enforcement procedures described above apply globally. We recognize and comply with equivalent notice-and-takedown regimes in other jurisdictions, including the European Union and the United Kingdom, in addition to the U.S. DMCA. No matter where you are located, if you follow the above process to report alleged copyright infringement, we will address it promptly under the applicable law.
