Introduction

These Acceptable Use & Fictional Content Guidelines (“Guidelines”) outline the rules and standards that all users of Creator Studio must follow. Creator Studio is an AI-powered content platform with restricted areas designed for fictional, age-restricted material. By using Creator Studio, you agree to abide by these Guidelines, in addition to our Terms of Use and other policies. The purpose of these rules is to keep the platform safe, legal, and enjoyable for all users while protecting our business. Violations of these Guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and/or referral to law enforcement or other legal action.

Definitions

• Service: The Creator Studio platform and related features.

• User: A person who is 18 or older who uses the Service.

• Content: Any prompt, output, text, image, audio, or video created with the Service.

• Prohibited Content: Content that breaches these Guidelines (e.g. depictions of minors, non-consensual activity, animal exploitation, incest, extreme violence or obscenity, hate speech, illegal instructions or solicitation).

• Model: An AI model or content pack made available within the Service.

• Output: The AI-generated result produced from a user prompt.

• Moderation: Our review and enforcement activities to uphold these Guidelines.

Content Guidelines and Restrictions

Creator Studio strictly limits what content can be created or shared on the platform. All content must remain within the bounds of law, decency, and the platform’s purpose as a creative environment for fictional scenarios. The following are key content standards that you must follow:

• Fictional Characters Only: All characters and scenarios in your content must be entirely fictional.

  • No real people or real-person likenesses may appear in any user-generated content.

  • Do not upload or use any actual individual’s image, name, or identity (including celebrities or private individuals) in your prompts or outputs.

  • Impersonating or depicting an actual person without explicit permission is prohibited. (The only exception is for official models of real individuals who have given permission and are provided in our Model Store. Users cannot create such models on their own.)

  • Do not attempt to disguise a depiction of a real person as fictional by altering small details. If a character is reasonably identifiable as a real person from context, name, likeness, or other attributes, it will be treated as a depiction of a real person for enforcement purposes.

• Adults Only, No Minors: Under no circumstances may you use Creator Studio to create or depict minors (under 18) in any content.

  • This ban includes fictional characters who are represented or implied to be minors, even if not explicitly stated.

  • We have zero tolerance for any child sexual abuse material or pedophilic content.

  • Do not attempt to sidestep this rule by using coded language or by “aging up” minor characters.

  • Any hint of underage content will result in immediate removal of the content and likely permanent account termination.

  • We will report apparent child exploitation to the appropriate authorities.

• No Non-Consensual Acts or Explicit Violence: All explicit content must involve consenting fictional adults.

  • Any depiction of non-consensual sexual activity is prohibited. This includes rape, sexual assault, forced sexual acts, trafficking scenarios, or any content portraying someone being coerced, abused, or not in control of their own decisions.

  • Even if you intend it as fantasy, sexual violence or exploitation is not allowed on our platform.

  • Do not create content that fetishises or glorifies real-life sexual violence, exploitation, or abuse.

  • Users are also prohibited from creating content that encourages others to engage in non-consensual activities.

  • In summary, consent must always be present in your fictional scenarios.

• No Bestiality or Animal Explicit Content: You may not create any content that depicts sexual activities with animals or non-human creatures.

  • Any content involving animals, pets, or animal-like creatures in an explicit context (including fantasy creatures resembling animals) is strictly prohibited.

  • This rule is in place to comply with obscenity laws and community standards.

  • Do not attempt to use the AI to produce imagery or stories of animal exploitation or bestiality.

• No Incest or Familial Exploitation: Content depicting incest (sexual content between relatives) is not permitted on Creator Studio.

  • Even if all characters are fictional adults over 18, you may not create scenarios involving family members (such as parent/child, siblings, or other close relatives) in intimate situations.

  • This restriction exists due to the sensitive and potentially harmful nature of incest content.

  • Keep all fictional scenarios free of any familial relationships between partners.

• No Extreme or Obscene Content: Extremely graphic, violent, or otherwise obscene content beyond typical fictional scenarios is disallowed.

  • This includes any content involving extreme brutality, gore, torture, dismemberment, or explicit acts such as necrophilia (sexual acts involving corpses).

  • While Creator Studio allows mature content, it is not meant for shock content that could violate general obscenity standards or laws.

  • Use common sense: if a scenario involves extreme brutality or any illegal acts beyond consensual fictional roleplay, do not create it.

  • We reserve the right to determine that certain extreme content is not allowed, even if not explicitly listed here, to ensure compliance with global legal standards and to keep the platform safe.

• No Hate Speech or Harassment in Content: Do not use Creator Studio to generate content that promotes hate or attacks any individual or group.

  • Hate speech—such as racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or other slurs and derogatory language targeting protected characteristics—is prohibited in generated content.

  • Likewise, do not create content that harasses, defames, or threatens others.

  • Even if your content is private to you, using our platform to craft hateful or defamatory material goes against our values and may have legal consequences.

  • Keep your fictional scenarios free from real-world hate or targeted harassment. Content that encourages violence or hostility toward a real group or individual is not allowed.

• No Illegal Content or Solicitation: You must not use the platform to create content that facilitates or encourages any illegal activity.

  • This includes instructions for criminal acts, genuine threats of violence, terrorism-related content, or soliciting unlawful services.

  • For clarity, fictional roleplay scenarios that do not involve actual crimes are allowed, but anything crossing into real-world illegality is off-limits.

  • Additionally, Creator Studio must not be used for any kind of illicit solicitation or advertising. Do not generate content that advertises or solicits trafficking, drugs, weapons, or any other illegal commerce.

Note: The above list is not exhaustive. Any content that violates applicable laws, exploits someone’s rights, or endangers users will be deemed a violation of these Guidelines. Creator Studio reserves the right to remove or restrict any content that we find inappropriate or outside the allowed scope, even if not specifically listed above.

User Conduct and Acceptable Use Rules

In addition to content rules, Creator Studio users must adhere to general conduct standards to maintain a secure and fair platform. When using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following behaviours or activities:

• No Circumvention of Age Verification or Security Measures: You must not attempt to bypass or undermine any of Creator Studio’s security measures.

  • Do not circumvent the account verification process, subscription requirements, or token system.

  • Do not create multiple accounts or use false identities to evade our age verification requirements or to abuse free trials and promotions.

  • Do not use fake information or someone else’s credentials (e.g., a false ID or a parent’s account) to gain access.

  • Any attempt to evade age checks, payment requirements, or content restrictions will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

• One Account Per User; No Account Sharing: Each user is allowed only one account, and it must be used solely by the individual who registered it.

  • Do not share your account with others (and especially not with any minor).

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

  • If we discover that you have shared your account or that multiple people (or an underage person) are using your account, we may terminate the account.

  • Likewise, you must not use another person’s account or identity.

  • Impersonating another user or misusing someone else’s credentials is prohibited and may be considered fraudulent behaviour.

• No Unauthorised Access or Hacking: Any form of hacking, probing, or unauthorised access to Creator Studio’s systems is forbidden.

  • Do not attempt to gain access to areas of the Service or data that you do not have permission to access.

  • Do not use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any software to extract data from the platform, interfere with the service, or bypass usage limits.

  • Creator Studio’s AI models, databases, and code are proprietary; you must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse them (including using the Service for competitive research or to build a derivative product).

  • Do not tamper with the platform’s functionality or security (e.g., by injecting unauthorised code, exploiting vulnerabilities, or disrupting service for other users). Such actions will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

• Use Approved Models and Inputs Only: All user-generated content on Creator Studio must be created using the provided tools and approved models available on our platform.

  • Do not attempt to upload your own images, datasets, or AI models into the system unless explicitly permitted by a feature.

  • Do not introduce external content-generation methods or bypass our model controls (e.g., by using third-party software to manipulate our AI or by modifying requests to use hidden or unapproved models).

  • Do not attempt to “jailbreak” or manipulate the AI into using data outside its allowed scope.

  • Such actions undermine the platform’s integrity and will result in a ban.

• Follow Model-Specific Rules: Some AI models or content packs on Creator Studio come with their own usage terms or limitations.

  • You agree to adhere to any model-specific usage guidelines or licence terms provided in the Model Store or described in-app.

  • For example, if a model is marked for general-audience-only content, you must not use it to generate restricted imagery.

  • If a model’s licence says outputs are for personal use only, you cannot use those outputs commercially.

  • Violating a model’s additional terms is considered a breach of these Guidelines.

  • Note: We reserve the right to monitor generated content for compliance with both general and model-specific rules.

• No Harassment or Abuse of Staff or Services: You must interact respectfully with Creator Studio staff and with the platform itself.

  • If you communicate with our customer support or in any community forums we provide, do not harass, threaten, or abuse our employees or other users.

  • Any form of hate, bullying, stalking, or personal attacks in communications through our service is prohibited.

  • Do not attempt to overload or spam our support channels, and do not submit frivolous or false abuse reports.

• No Sharing of Age-Restricted Content with Unauthorised Parties: Content you generate on Creator Studio is intended for your personal use.

  • Do not distribute or publish Creator Studio’s age-restricted content in a manner that violates the law or allows access by minors.

  • Do not share any content from our platform with anyone under 18.

  • If you choose to download or export your AI-generated content, you are responsible for ensuring it is not shown or sent to minors or displayed in any public forum where minors might see it.

  • Do not use Creator Studio content on platforms or in jurisdictions where adult content is illegal or against the terms of those platforms. Keep the content within appropriate contexts.

  • (Note: Creator Studio itself does not have a public feed or sharing feature; all content stays private to your account unless you deliberately export it.)

  • If you do export or download content, handle it responsibly to prevent access by unauthorised parties or minors.

• No Illegal Transactions or Fraud: You must use only truthful and lawful information in your dealings with Creator Studio.

  • Do not provide fraudulent payment information, use stolen credit cards, or engage in identity theft when subscribing or purchasing tokens.

  • Any suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., credit card fraud, chargeback abuse, use of hacked accounts, or providing false documents during verification) will result in account termination and possible referral to law enforcement.

  • Similarly, do not use the platform to facilitate any kind of illegal transaction or money exchange unrelated to the intended use of the Service.

Intellectual Property and Copyright Compliance

Creator Studio respects intellectual property rights, and we require our users to do the same. Because our platform involves content generation, it is important to follow these guidelines regarding intellectual property:

• Do Not Infringe Copyrights or Trademarks: You may not use Creator Studio to generate content that infringes upon anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.

  • Do not attempt to recreate or depict protected characters, artwork, logos, or storylines from movies, TV, games, literature, or any other media that you do not own or have permission to use.

  • For example, do not prompt the AI to produce explicit or restricted scenes using famous fictional characters or real copyrighted images.

  • While our AI generates original outputs, prompting it with detailed copyrighted material or attempting to create a close replica of someone else’s work is against these Guidelines.

  • If you incorporate any third-party text or reference in a prompt, you must have the right or permission to use it.

• No Exploitation of Others’ Likeness or Privacy: Any depiction of real individuals without their consent is strictly forbidden.

  • This also extends to private materials: you cannot input or attempt to generate content based on private photos, videos, or personal data that do not belong to you or that you do not have rights to.

  • Such actions could violate privacy, publicity, and intellectual property rights, and we treat these as serious violations.

• Our DMCA Policy: If content generated on our platform is found to inadvertently infringe someone’s copyright, we will act in accordance with our DMCA Policy.

  • Copyright owners can submit a takedown notice, and we will promptly remove the allegedly infringing material.

  • If we inform you that content you generated is subject to a valid takedown notice, you must not re-upload or regenerate substantially similar infringing content.

  • If you believe someone on the platform is using your copyrighted material or trademark in their content, please notify us (see our published DMCA instructions for how to file a notice).

  • We also reserve the right to proactively remove or block any prompts or outputs that are obviously infringing if they come to our attention, even before receiving a formal notice.

• Repeat Infringers: Creator Studio maintains a policy to terminate accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

  • If you repeatedly create or share content that infringes copyrights or other IP (after warnings or takedowns), your account will be terminated.

• Use of Generated Content: The content you create is primarily for your personal, non-commercial use, unless expressly permitted otherwise (see our Terms of Use for more details on content licensing).

  • You should not sell or widely redistribute content generated on Creator Studio without permission, especially if that content includes proprietary elements (for example, if a particular model’s output is restricted by its license).

  • You may not use Creator Studio outputs to train other AI models or for any machine learning purposes without our permission.

  • The AI outputs are meant for enjoyment and creative expression, not for developing competing models or datasets.

  • If you have questions about acceptable uses of your generated content, please refer to our Terms or contact us for clarification.

Enforcement and Consequences

Creator Studio takes compliance seriously. We have systems and staff in place to monitor adherence to these Guidelines and to act on violations. Below is how we enforce the rules and what you can expect if you violate them:

• Content Moderation: We employ both automated filters and manual review to enforce content standards.

  • Your prompts and generated content may be scanned for prohibited material (for example, keywords related to minors or other banned topics).

  • Our moderators may review content or logs, especially if a violation is flagged or reported.

  • If we determine that any content you have created violates these Guidelines or any law, we may remove or delete that content without prior notice.

  • In cases of less-clear violations, we might issue a warning or ask you to modify the content, but we reserve the right to remove content first and ask questions later for safety.

• Account Actions (Warnings, Suspension, Termination): We will take appropriate account-level action depending on the severity and frequency of violations.

  • For a first-time or minor offence, we may issue a warning and require you to confirm your understanding of the rules. You might temporarily lose access to certain features (for example, content generation may be paused) until you acknowledge the violation.

  • For serious violations (for example, any attempt to create child sexual content, use of the service for illegal activity, or aggressive system circumvention), your account will be immediately terminated. We will cut off your access, and you will forfeit any subscription time or token balance remaining, consistent with our Terms.

  • For repeated or ongoing violations, even if individually minor, we will escalate our response. Multiple warnings or a pattern of disregarding these Guidelines will lead to suspension or permanent ban of your account.

  • When an account is terminated for cause, the user is barred from creating a new account. We may use technical measures (such as blocking certain emails, device IDs, or IP addresses) to enforce such bans.

• Reporting to Authorities: Some violations are not just against our rules—they are against the law.

  • As noted, any attempt to create content involving minors or other exploitative/illegal material will result in an immediate ban and potential notification of law enforcement.

  • We maintain records of verification and usage that can be provided to authorities if a lawful request is made or if we have a legal obligation to report (for instance, in the case of child sexual abuse material).

  • Creator Studio will cooperate with law enforcement agencies to the extent required by law in investigating unlawful behaviour on the platform.

• User Reporting of Violations: We encourage our users to be part of the compliance effort.

  • If you encounter any content or behaviour on Creator Studio that you believe violates these Guidelines (for example, if you somehow see content depicting a minor, or you witness harassment), please report it to us immediately.

  • We will promptly review all reports and take appropriate action. Reporting is confidential, and we will not reveal your identity to other users.

• No Retaliation: Harassing or retaliating against someone for reporting a violation is strictly prohibited.

  • If we find that you are targeting or punishing someone for filing a report, it will result in immediate termination of your account. We want users to feel safe when reporting problems.

• Acknowledgment of Risk and Disclaimer: Creator Studio provides a platform for fantasy content, and we strive to enforce these rules to prevent harmful material.

  • However, by using the Service, you acknowledge that you might be exposed to content that some may find offensive or that violates our Guidelines, especially before we have a chance to remove it.

  • We are not liable for content you or others create or encounter due to user misuse of the platform, but we will do our best to promptly remove prohibited material once it is identified.

  • You agree to use your discretion and take responsibility for your own exposure to age-restricted content on Creator Studio.

• Retention of Records: In line with compliance standards, Creator Studio keeps internal logs of age verifications, generated content metadata, and moderation actions.

  • These records help us demonstrate our enforcement of 18+ access restrictions and content rules.

  • All records are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

  • For example, if your account is terminated for policy violations, we may retain a record of the reason for termination to ensure you are not allowed back and to have an audit trail if needed by authorities.

• Appeals: If you believe we have made an error in moderating your content or terminating your account, you may contact our support team to request a review.

  • Include any relevant information that might help us understand the situation.

  • We will review the decision at our discretion. However, decisions involving egregious violations (for example, those related to minors) are final and not subject to appeal.

Changes to Guidelines

We may update or modify these Acceptable Use & Fictional Content Guidelines from time to time to adapt to new laws or to address new content issues as they arise. If we make material changes, we will notify users via the website or email and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of Creator Studio after an update signifies your acceptance of the revised Guidelines. We encourage you to check this page periodically for any changes.
