 Introduction

Creator Studio is a content platform with restricted areas offering AI-generated material that may be age-restricted. This Age Verification & Access Policy explains how we ensure no minors (under 18) can access our service. We are committed to maintaining strict age controls in compliance with global legal standards and to protecting minors from exposure to inappropriate material. By using Creator Studio, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and agree to the verification procedures described in this Policy. Minimum Age Requirement

Lying about your age or identity to gain access to the platform is a violation of our Terms of Use and may also be unlawful (e.g., use of a fake ID).

Even if you are in a place where the legal age for viewing mature content is lower or higher than 18, we require 18 as the minimum (or higher if local law mandates it). We err on the side of caution to ensure uniform protection across our user base.

·       No Exceptions: There are absolutely no exceptions to the age requirement. Even if a minor has parental permission or is emancipated, we do not permit access under 18. The nature of the content and our compliance commitments make this non-negotiable.

Account Creation & Age Verification Process

o   If you pass the age verification, you’ll be able to proceed to create your account and use Creator Studio’s features. Your account will be marked as “verified 18+” in our system.

o   If you fail the verification (e.g., the ID check cannot be completed, or you are determined to be underage, or you choose not to complete verification), you will be denied access. You will not be able to use the platform. In some cases, the provider may allow a re-try or use an alternate method if the first attempt fails due to a technical issue. However, if it fails due to you being underage or using false info, you are not allowed to continue.

We will notify you if re-verification is needed. Failure to comply with a re-verification request may result in account suspension.

All individuals depicted are fictional and represented as adults. No real people are depicted. Records of age verification are maintained internally. We have a public-facing 2257 Compliance Statement (available on our site’s compliance page) which effectively says:

o   All individuals depicted in any content on Creator Studio are fictional and over 18 in the context of the content.

o   No real human performers were used, and no actual minor or adult was filmed or photographed.

o   The Creator Alliance Pty Ltd. maintains the necessary age verification records and moderation processes internally.

o   A designated records custodian contact (our company address/email) is provided for any inquiries.

This statement is our assurance to users and regulators that we are running the platform responsibly despite the unconventional nature of AI content. We treat the protection of minors and prevention of real-person depictionswith the utmost gravity.

·       Compliance Audits: We periodically audit our own systems to ensure the age verification flow is working effectively (e.g., test that no account can slip through without proper ID check) and that our records are up-to-date.
