Introduction

The Generative AI Usage & Responsible Use Policy describes how to engage with Creator Studio’s AI content generation tools in a safe, ethical, and compliant manner. Creator Studio allows users to prompt AI models to create fictional content intended for adult entertainment. With this powerful technology comes the responsibility to use it properly. By using Creator Studio’s generative AI features, you agree to follow this Responsible Use Policy, as well as our Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Guidelines, and other applicable policies. Our goal is to empower creative expression for adults (18+ only) while preventing misuse, harm, or violations of law and rights. This policy explains what is expected of users and what you can expect from us in return.

Definitions

For clarity, here are key definitions related to this document:

  • Model – Any Creator Studio artificial intelligence model or content pack available within the service to generate outputs.

  • Prompt – The instructions, selections, or other inputs a user provides to generate content.

  • Output – The AI-generated result produced in response to a prompt.

  • Responsible Use – Using the service in line with this Policy and our Acceptable Use and Fictional Content Guidelines, including keeping all scenarios fictional, adult-only (all characters and scenarios must involve individuals 18 or older) and consensual.

  • Prohibited Misuse – Any attempt to generate disallowed content, to deceive others by presenting AI outputs as real, to impersonate a person, or to evade the platform’s safeguards.

  • Jailbreak Attempt – Trying to bypass or disable the service’s safety filters or instructions through any means.

  • Automation – The use of bots or scripts that trigger content generation without a human initiating each request.

  • Personal Use – Non-commercial use of outputs as allowed by our AI Content License.

  • Commercial Use – Use of outputs for financial gain or business advantage, only where expressly permitted under our policies or license.

Purpose and Scope of Use

Creator Studio’s AI is provided for personal entertainment purposes within a controlled, fictional adult environment. The platform enables you to create imagery or stories featuring consenting adult fictional characters based on your prompts. All users of the service must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and all content is intended for adults only.

Acceptable uses of the AI include, for example:

  • Generating fictional scenarios, artwork, or narratives for your own enjoyment, so long as they fall within our content guidelines.

  • Exploring creative storylines or visual styles with the AI for art or fiction, again within allowed bounds.

  • Using the AI’s outputs for personal projects or keepsakes (for example, creating a fictional erotic comic for yourself), as long as you respect any usage restrictions on the content and do not use it commercially without permission.

All use of the AI must remain fictional in theme. The service is not intended for any real-world decision-making, non-entertainment purposes, or unlawful activities. The outputs are for fantasy and entertainment – they should never be used or presented as real footage, real advice, or real depictions of actual persons or events.

Note: Creator Studio’s AI does not contain or use actual images of real people. The models are trained on data to produce novel imagery and text. Any person or scene the AI generates is a fictitious creation. No real individuals are involved or depicted. You should use the platform in the spirit it’s offered: to imagine and enjoy erotic fiction – not to blur the line between fiction and reality.

Responsible Prompting and Usage Guidelines

To ensure a positive and safe experience, please follow these guidelines when interacting with our generative AI tools:

  • Comply with Content Rules: All prompts and outputs must adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy and Fictional Content Guidelines. Do not ask the AI to produce disallowed or illegal content. Disallowed content includes (but is not limited to) any scenario involving minors (anyone under 18, even in fictional or “role-play” contexts), incest, bestiality (sexual acts with animals or non-human creatures), non-consensual sexual acts (rape, sexual violence, or any form of sexual coercion), necrophilia (any sexual content involving the deceased), or any other material that is obscene, exploitative, or unlawful. Content depicting real individuals without consent (e.g. deepfakes of actual people) is also strictly forbidden. Our system will refuse or block prompts that violate these content rules. We maintain zero tolerance for any attempt to generate child sexual abuse material or similarly abhorrent content. If you attempt to evade these restrictions (for example, by rephrasing requests, using coded language, or other tricks), that is a violation of this Policy and will be handled accordingly. Always keep your requests within legal and acceptable bounds. When in doubt, err on the side of caution or consult the guidelines provided.

  • Clarity and Accuracy in Prompts: Be clear and precise in your prompts to get the best results from the AI. However, do not include sensitive personal information about yourself or anyone else in your prompts. The AI does not need real names, addresses, photographs, or other identifying details to create fiction, and including such details is unnecessary and against our rules. In fact, providing someone’s real name or private details (without their explicit consent) is prohibited. Similarly, avoid using copyrighted characters, brand names, or other protected material in your prompts. A good practice is to describe the scenario or character traits generically rather than referencing specific real-world people, trademarks, or works. This not only protects privacy and intellectual property rights, but it will also lead to more creative and unique outputs. Remember that any realistic-sounding information the AI provides is fabricated for the story – treat it as fiction, not fact.

  • Keep it Fictional and Consensual: When writing prompts, frame all scenarios as fictional and between consenting adults. The AI responds to the input it’s given; if you prompt illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise disallowed situations, the AI will refuse and your attempt will be logged. Never role-play as or involve an underage character in any capacity – even “pretend” or implied underage scenarios are absolutely disallowed. Your prompts should make it explicit that all participants are adults. If the wording of a prompt is ambiguous about age or consent (for example, using a phrase like “a young girl” without clarification that she is an adult), our system may block the prompt or ask for clarification. It is your responsibility to ensure your prompts unambiguously stick to adult-only, consensual themes. If a scenario could be interpreted as non-consensual or involving a minor, rewrite it to remove any doubt. All fantasies explored here must remain legal, consensual, and adult in nature.

  • Respect the AI’s Limits: Our AI is programmed with content safeguards and limitations. If the AI refuses a request or produces a moderated response, do not try to trick it or break its rules. Attempts to use so-called “jailbreak” prompts, hidden commands, or any technique to bypass the AI’s safety filters are strictly forbidden. The AI may occasionally warn you or refuse if it detects something potentially against policy – you must heed these signals. Do not escalate or repeatedly tweak a disallowed request in an attempt to slip past the filters. Repeated attempts to push the AI into uncomfortable or disallowed territory (for example, by gradually edging toward a banned topic through multiple prompts) will be flagged by our system and may result in enforcement actions on your account. Use the AI as it is intended; don’t fight against its guardrails. They are there for your safety and the safety of the community.

  • No Automated Mass-Generation: Creator Studio is meant for interactive use by individual human users. You should not employ bots, scripts, or any form of automation to generate content at high volume or high speed. Each generation request should be initiated manually by a human with an intentional prompt. Using automation to spam the service with generation requests or to farm a large number of outputs is not allowed. Such behavior can strain our system resources and is against the spirit of personal use. Moreover, automated usage may bypass important context and safety checks that come with normal use. We reserve the right to suspend or throttle accounts that exhibit bot-like activity, excessive usage, or any usage patterns that violate this policy or the intended use of the platform.

  • Don’t Reverse Engineer the AI: The AI models behind Creator Studio are proprietary and protected. Users are prohibited from attempting to extract the underlying model code, architecture, training data, or weights by any means. This means you should not attempt “prompt injection” attacks or other exploits aimed at uncovering how the AI works internally. Additionally, you may not use the AI’s outputs to try and reconstruct the model’s training data or to develop a competing AI product. Any attempt to find the model’s limitations through malicious means, or to misuse the service to build your own database or model, is forbidden. The AI and its outputs are provided for your creative enjoyment under our license; reverse-engineering, hacking, or misappropriating our technology is a serious violation of our terms.

  • Prohibited Misuses of Outputs: Once you have generated content, you must use it responsibly. You are not permitted to take any AI-generated image, video, or text and use it to harass, defraud, mislead, or harm others. For example:

    • Do not claim that an AI-generated image or video is a real photograph or real footage. Misrepresenting AI-created content as genuine (especially to deceive or harm others) is a serious misuse of our service.

    • Do not use an AI-generated output to impersonate or pose as someone else. Even though our platform is not designed to produce images of real people, if an output happens to resemble an actual person (alive or deceased), you cannot pretend it is a real photograph of that person. Likewise, you must not use AI-generated text to impersonate an individual in writing with the intent to deceive.

    • Do not distribute or publish any AI-generated content in a context that violates our content rules or any applicable laws. For instance, do not post sexually explicit AI output in a public forum that forbids adult content. Definitely do not share any adult content with minors or in any space accessible to people under 18. You are responsible for knowing and respecting the rules of any platform or community where you share content.

    • If you create text outputs (e.g., erotic stories or dialogues), do not present any factual claims or “advice” from those outputs as if they were true or professionally endorsed. The AI may fabricate details or statements; its content should be treated as fictional entertainment only, not as factual reporting or real advice.

    • Any AI-generated content that could reasonably be mistaken for a genuine depiction of a real, identifiable person must be clearly and prominently labeled as “AI-Generated Fictional Content” if you display or share it outside of our platform. This transparency helps prevent confusion or deception.

Remember, you are accountable for what you do with the content the AI provides. Treat the outputs as sensitive, potentially private adult material. If you choose to share, distribute, or publish them outside your own private use, you bear full responsibility for ensuring that such use is lawful, properly labeled, and not harmful to others. Misuse of AI outputs to defame, blackmail, manipulate, or otherwise victimize anyone will not be tolerated and may have legal consequences.

  • Personal Well-Being and Boundaries: Using AI to explore fantasies should be a positive experience, but it’s important to be mindful of your own limits. The content generated can be very explicit or intense. If you ever feel uncomfortable, upset, or disturbed by an output, you should stop and reconsider whether you want to continue with that scenario. You might choose to refine your prompt to tone down the content or take a break from the platform. Remember that you are in control of the prompts you provide – you can always steer the content in a different direction if something feels wrong. We also encourage you to take advantage of any platform features like content warnings or filters to tailor your experience. While this falls more under personal advice than a strict rule, we include it because responsible use also means caring for your own well-being. Don’t let fictional content negatively impact your real life or mental health. Everything on our platform is fantasy – if you find yourself becoming confused between the AI and reality, or if the content is affecting your mood or behavior in unwanted ways, it’s a sign to step back. Use Creator Studio as a healthy creative outlet, not as a replacement for real-world relationships or responsibilities.

User Responsibilities and Accountability

Using Creator Studio’s AI features comes with certain user responsibilities. By engaging with the platform, you agree to the following:

  • You Are Responsible for Your Outputs: Any content you generate using our AI is considered your creation (within the license granted to you). You are solely responsible for ensuring that both your prompts and the resulting content comply with all applicable laws, this Responsible Use Policy, and our other guidelines. If you generate content that is illegal or that violates someone’s rights, that is entirely on you. You cannot use the excuse that “the AI made it, not me” to avoid responsibility – the AI is a tool that follows your instructions. Treat any generated content as you would content you authored yourself in terms of accountability. This means, for example, if you direct the AI to create something defamatory or obscene, you are effectively the publisher of that content. Always think about the consequences of what you prompt and what you do with the output.

  • Legal Consequences for Misuse: If you use the AI to create unlawful material or engage in unlawful behavior, you could face serious legal consequences. This includes, for instance, generating or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitative imagery (which is a severe crime), creating counterfeit explicit images of someone without consent (which can be illegal harassment or defamation), or using AI outputs for fraud. We will enforce our Terms of Use and this Policy – which may include immediately banning your account and reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities – if we become aware of such misuse. Law enforcement agencies are increasingly attentive to AI-generated illicit content. You, as the user, may be subject to investigation or prosecution if you break the law through the use of our AI. Always consider the legal implications of what you prompt and how you intend to use the outputs. The bottom line: if it’s illegal to create, possess, or share certain content without an AI, it’s still illegal with an AI. Nothing about the technology changes your obligation to follow the law.

  • No Liability for Personal Reactions: By using an AI that can generate explicit adult content, you acknowledge that you may encounter graphic sexual material or other content that pushes boundaries. We provide content warnings and require age verification precisely to prevent inadvertent exposure by those who do not wish to see such content. You agree that you are accessing this content by choice and at your own risk. Creator Studio (and The Creator Alliance Pty Ltd) is not liable for any emotional distress, offense, or other reaction you may experience in the course of using the platform, so long as we operate within the law and our stated policies. In other words, if you prompt the AI to produce extreme or controversial material and you are unhappy or upset by the result, that risk was inherent in your request. We do our best to filter out truly prohibited content, but ultimately you control what you ask for. Use the service responsibly and discontinue use if you feel it is negatively affecting you. We care about our users’ well-being and encourage you to self-moderate your usage to what you are comfortable with.

  • Keep Fantasy Separate from Reality: Creator Studio’s guiding principle is that “everything here is fantasy.”It is your responsibility to keep it that way. Do not take fictional content produced on this platform and inject it into real-life situations in a harmful or deceptive manner. For example, do not show someone an AI-generated erotic image claiming it is a real photo of another person in order to embarrass or blackmail them – that is a malicious act and is prohibited (in many cases, it’s also illegal). Do not use an AI-generated conversation to con someone or manipulate them in real life. And importantly, do not let fictional roleplay with the AI influence you to treat real people in non-consensual or disrespectful ways. This platform is meant to be a safe outlet for imagination, not a tool to facilitate real-world misconduct. If we find that you are using the platform in a manner that endangers real individuals – for instance, attempting to create a convincing “deepfake” pornography of a real person to harass them (note: our filters are designed to prevent this, but hypothetically) – we will take action as if you committed the violation directly. Such behavior could result in an immediate ban and referral to law enforcement. Keep a clear boundary: fiction stays fiction.

  • Respect Privacy – Yours and Others’: Be very cautious about any personal information you provide to the AI or share on the platform. In general, you should not need to reference real individuals (including yourself) by name or share private details to enjoy the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how prompts and outputs might be logged for moderation and improvement purposes. Given that, avoid including anything sensitive or personally identifying in your prompts. This protects your privacy and security. Likewise, never attempt to use the AI to obtain personal information about someone else. The AI should not be giving out private data in the first place (it doesn’t have a database of personal info), so if a prompt somehow yields what looks like personal data about a real person, do not use or share it – instead, report it to us. (This scenario is unlikely, but we state this as a matter of policy: do not attempt any form of data mining or doxxing via the AI.) Overall, protect personal privacy at all times, and remember that anything you type into the system may be reviewed by our moderators if flagged, so don’t write something you wouldn’t want associated with your account.

  • Feedback and Reporting: Being a responsible user also means helping us maintain the system’s integrity. If you receive an output that clearly violates our policies – for example, if the AI somehow generates content that appears to depict a minor or an incest scenario or any other forbidden situation that slipped through our filters – you should immediately stop viewing or sharing that content and report it to us. Do not continue to iterate on or indulge in disallowed output, even if the system momentarily allowed it; that content is not permitted under any circumstance. By reporting it, you help us improve the AI’s safety mechanisms and prevent future mistakes. Similarly, if you find a bug, loophole, or exploit that allows you to generate content which should be disallowed, you have a responsibility to disclose it to us rather than abusing it. You can contact us at our support email to confidentially report such issues. We greatly value community vigilance. The platform’s quality and safety is a shared responsibility between the developers and the users – if you see something wrong, please speak up. This helps protect you, other users, and the longevity of the Creator Studio service.

Monitoring, Moderation & Enforcement

Creator Studio maintains a multi-layered approach to ensure the responsible use of our generative AI platform. We are committed to preventing abuse and addressing any violations of our policies through a combination of automated tools and human oversight:

Automated Safeguards: Our AI models have built-in content moderation filters. These filters are designed to detect and refuse attempts to generate disallowed content (as outlined in our guidelines above). For example, if you input a prompt that clearly violates the rules, the AI will either refuse to generate content or will produce a warning or generic response instead. We also employ automated systems to scan prompts for certain high-risk keywords and patterns (such as terms related to minors, extreme violence, etc.). These automated safeguards help prevent a large share of prohibited content from ever being created. However, no filter system is perfect or foolproof. Users might occasionally attempt novel ways to circumvent filters, or the AI might misinterpret a prompt. For this reason, we supplement the automated tools with human moderation.

Human Review: Creator Studio staff or contracted moderators may review user prompts and outputs in specific scenarios, including but not limited to:

  • When a user’s prompt triggers a flag in our system (for example, an attempt to use a forbidden term or a sequence of suspicious requests).

  • When content is reported by a user (for instance, you use the in-platform report function or contact us about an inappropriate output you encountered). Note that since outputs are generally private to the user, the main way we become aware of a bad output is if you report your own result that concerns you. We encourage you to do so, as noted.

  • When an account exhibits unusual usage patterns that suggest possible misuse – for example, extremely rapid generation attempts (potential automation) or repeated prompts that borderline the rules. Such patterns might prompt a manual review of the account’s activity for investigation.

Our moderation team is trained to handle these reviews professionally and with respect for user privacy. If content is found to violate the rules, we will take action according to our enforcement procedures (described below). We understand the sensitive nature of adult content and will treat your data with confidentiality during the review process. Moderators do not monitor every user’s sessions by default; they only see content that has been flagged by the system or brought to our attention through reports or abuse detection. This ensures a balance between user privacy and platform safety.

Privacy in Moderation: We recognize that users value privacy, especially given the sensitive nature of the content they may be exploring. We do not actively surveil or snoop on your private creative sessions with the AI. The vast majority of content generation is solely between you and the AI. Any data that is logged (prompts, outputs, etc.) is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is primarily used to improve the service and enforce the rules. We take steps to anonymize and minimize what we store, and we do not share your personal content with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy (for example, if required by law or as part of a law enforcement investigation into illegal content). That said, by using the service, you acknowledge and consent that your interactions might be monitored or reviewed for policy compliance in the specific situations mentioned above. This practice is standard for online services and is especially important for an adult content platform in order to prevent abuse. We will always strive to respect your confidentiality while upholding our safety obligations.

Enforcement Procedures – Consequences of Violations: If our moderation processes determine that you have violated this Responsible Use Policy (or any related policy such as the Acceptable Use Guidelines or Terms of Service), we will take appropriate action. The consequences may include one or more of the following, depending on the severity and nature of the violation:

  • Content Removal: Any generated content found to violate our guidelines will be deleted or made inaccessible by us. For example, if you somehow generated prohibited imagery or text, we will remove it from your account (which may include deletion from our servers and your account history). In many cases, the AI will have already refused or blurred such content, but if something slips through, we will act to remove it. You will be notified of the removal when appropriate, especially if it impacts your experience (e.g., a saved image/story is removed). Removal of content is not punitive in itself; it’s a necessary step to maintain compliance and safety on the platform.

  • Warning or Suspension: For minor or first-time violations, we may issue you a warning and temporarily suspend your ability to generate new content. The warning will typically include an explanation of what rule was violated and references to the relevant section of the policy, so you can understand what went wrong. You may be required to review and acknowledge the policy before regaining full access. Our goal with warnings is to educate and correct, so that you can continue using the service without repeating the mistake. Suspensions can range from a cool-off period of a few hours or days to a longer restriction, depending on the situation. During a suspension, you may still have access to your account and past outputs, but you won’t be able to request new generations. Once the suspension is lifted (or if we decide a warning is sufficient without suspension), please be cautious to adhere to the rules moving forward.

  • Account Termination: For serious violations or repeated misconduct, your account will be terminated. Serious violations include, for example, any attempt to produce egregiously forbidden content (such as sexually explicit content involving minors, which is absolutely off-limits), using the platform for malicious purposes (like generating content to harass or defame someone, or to promote hate or violence), or technical abuse such as attempting to hack the system, disable filters, or overload our services. If your account is terminated, you will lose access to the service entirely. As stated in our Terms of Use, termination for cause means you will not be entitled to refunds for any subscription fees or credits/tokens you have remaining. We take account termination very seriously and use it as a last resort, but we will not hesitate to terminate accounts if the situation warrants it to protect the community and the platform.

  • Reporting to Authorities: If your usage of the platform is not only a policy violation but also breaks the law or threatens someone’s safety, we may report the matter to law enforcement and/or cooperate fully with any law enforcement inquiries. For example, if we discover attempts to create or disseminate illegal images (like CSAM), or if someone is using the AI to stalk, threaten, or defraud others, we will treat it with the utmost seriousness. We document and retain data as needed to comply with lawful information requests in such cases. Refer to our Acceptable Use Enforcement section in the Terms for more details on when we escalate matters to external authorities. Please understand that protecting vulnerable individuals and preventing crime is a priority – if you engage in illegal activities on our platform, you should expect that it may be reported and investigated.

  • Appeals: We recognize that moderation actions can sometimes be based on incomplete information or misunderstandings. If you believe a moderation or enforcement action was taken in error – for instance, if you feel the AI or a moderator misinterpreted your prompt, or your account was mistakenly flagged – you have the right to appeal. You can contact us at admin@creatoralliancegroup.com (our support email) to explain the situation and ask for a second review. In your appeal, provide any relevant context or evidence that might help us reassess the case (for example, if you were flagged for something that was actually innocent in context, explain the context). We will review appeals in good faith and respond as promptly as we can. However, please be aware that decisions involving clear-cut violations (especially serious ones) will likely stand. Reinstatement of terminated accounts is at our sole discretion and may come with additional conditions – for example, we might require agreement to certain monitoring or a probationary period for your renewed account. We treat appeals seriously because we value our users, but protecting the community is our foremost concern.

  • Continuous Improvement: Our monitoring and filtering tools, as well as our policies, may evolve over time as technology advances and new threats or challenges emerge. We are committed to refining the AI’s balance between allowing creative freedom and blocking harmful or illegal content. You may occasionally notice changes in how the AI responds to certain prompts – this can be due to updates in our safety systems or model improvements. We will update this Policy (and other relevant guidelines) if our practices change significantly, and we will strive to communicate major changes via the Creator Studio website or by email. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy will also change whenever we make significant revisions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continuously work to keep the platform both fun and safe for everyone.

Transparency and Best Practices

Creator Studio encourages an environment of transparency and education in AI usage. As part of our commitment to responsible innovation, we promote the following best practices to our users:

  • Acknowledging AI-Generated Content: If you choose to share or publish content generated on Creator Studio outside of our platform, we strongly encourage (and in some cases may require) that you label it as AI-generated. Being transparent about AI-generated content is not only an honest approach, but it also helps avoid confusion, deception, or unnecessary alarm. For example, if you post an image created by our AI on a social media site or a forum, consider adding a note or hashtag indicating that it’s AI-created. In some jurisdictions and online communities, such labeling is becoming a requirement. Even where it isn’t legally required, transparency about AI origins is a best practice that builds trust. It also helps others understand that the content is fantasy and not a real event or real person. We’re all navigating a world where AI content is increasingly realistic, so doing your part to clearly distinguish fiction from reality is greatly appreciated.

  • Staying Informed: We urge users to stay informed about the capabilities and limitations of generative AI. Remember that the AI does not truly understand content in a human way – it generates outputs based on patterns in training data. It can sometimes produce incorrect, nonsensical, or unexpected results. Approach the content with a critical mind. If something the AI creates looks “off” or crosses a line, don’t simply accept it – you can question it, refine your prompt, or decide not to use that output. Be aware of ongoing public discussions about deepfakes, AI ethics, and digital consent. As a user of an AI content platform, you are part of a wider community that is defining norms around this technology. We encourage you to engage thoughtfully: enjoy the creative possibilities, but also be mindful of the ethical discussions surrounding AI. The more you know, the better you can use the tool responsibly.

  • Community Guidelines (Future Features): At present, Creator Studio is primarily a one-on-one experience between the user and the AI. However, if we introduce any community features in the future (such as forums, the ability to share content with other users on the platform, or the sharing of custom models/prompts), we will publish separate Community Guidelines. Rest assured that any such community features will also be moderated under strict rules to prevent abuse or the sharing of disallowed content. Even in interactions outside the core AI generation (like chatting with other users or posting on a forum), responsible AI use extends to how you behave with others. This means you should not share content that violates the rules, not encourage others to break the rules, and generally maintain a respectful, adults-only environment. We mention this to set the expectation that our commitment to a safe and compliant community goes beyond just the AI itself to any ecosystem that may develop around it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update the Generative AI Usage & Responsible Use Policy from time to time as technology evolves or as laws and regulations develop around AI and adult content. Creator Studio and The Creator Alliance Pty Ltd reserve the right to modify these terms as needed to adapt to new circumstances. If we make significant changes, we will communicate them via the Creator Studio website, in-app notifications, or email. We will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the policy document. By continuing to use the AI features after a policy update, you are indicating your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about the latest rules and recommendations for responsible AI use. Your adherence to the current Policy is a condition for using the service.
