Definitions

For clarity, here are key definitions related to this document.

· Service means the Creator Studio platform and related features

· User means a person who is 18 or older who uses the Service

· Content means any text, image, audio or video created or uploaded through the Service

· Applicable Law means the laws where you live, together with the laws of New South Wales, Australia

· Policy means this page including any updates

· Fictional Depiction means a computer generated depiction that does not portray a real person

· Verification Record means our internal confirmation that a User is an adult

· DMCA means the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act and similar notice regimes in other countries

· Designated Agent means our contact for copyright notices

· Takedown Notice means a copyright owner request to remove material

· Counter Notice means a User request to restore removed material

· Repeat Infringer means a User who is the subject of multiple valid infringement notices and may have the account terminated

Compliance and Content Legality Statement

Creator Studio is committed to maintaining legal, safe, and compliant practices regarding the creation and use of AI generated content, including material available only to verified adults.

All content generated and distributed through Creator Studio is created using internal, proprietary AI models.

No real individuals, likenesses, or images are used or accepted on the platform.

All characters depicted in visual, video, or written form are entirely fictional and are represented as adults aged 18 years or older.

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to create or distribute content involving minors or any other illegal or non consensual material.

Access to restricted areas of the platform is limited to users who are 18 years of age or older, verified at account creation.

Creator Studio maintains internal age verification records, content metadata, and moderation logs as required by international platform compliance standards.

All content is computer generated and fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is coincidental.

Age and Recordkeeping Compliance Statement

While Creator Studio does not contain real performers or recorded media, we adopt a 2257 style compliance posture.

“All persons depicted in visual or video representations on this site are fictional creations, aged 18 years or older in all depictions. No real individuals appear in any generated or downloadable content. Age compliance records and moderation procedures are maintained internally by The Creator Alliance Pty Ltd.”

Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

If you believe that material hosted on Creator Studio infringes your copyright, please complete the following and email it to admin@creatoralliancegroup.com with the subject line, “DMCA Takedown Notice”.

We recognise equivalent notice and takedown regimes in other countries including the European Union and the United Kingdom. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated. No real persons are depicted on the service. We maintain internal checks to confirm that all content is fictional and that restricted material is available only to verified adults. We will respond to lawful inspection requests. You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and must not use the service in restricted countries or for prohibited purposes.

DMCA Notice Requirements

To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include

• Your full legal name and business or entity, if applicable

• Mailing address

• Phone number and email address

• A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed

• The exact URLs or unique content IDs of the allegedly infringing content on Creator Studio

• The following statement, required under United States law

“I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

• The following statement

“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.”

• Your electronic or physical signature, typing your full legal name is acceptable

Counter Notification

If you are a Creator Studio user and believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter notice to the same email address with

• Your full legal name

• Contact information

• The content ID or URL of the removed material

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification

• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your location, or Sydney NSW if international

• Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receiving a valid counter notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant provides legal proof of court action within ten business days.
